Yes. There's no clinical requirement to reach the maximum dose. Many people maintain excellent results at 5mg, 7.5mg, or 10mg tirzepatide and never need to go higher. The titration schedule exists to minimize side effects - once you're stable and comfortable, staying put is completely valid.
